Refund Policy

We stand behind the Nightcap Program with a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your purchase — no forms, no phone calls, no questions.

1. The 60-Day Guarantee

Every purchase of the Nightcap Program is protected by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you decide the Program is not right for you within 60 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid ($37).

2. How to Request a Refund

Send one email to help@nightcap.pro from the same email address you used at checkout. Include:

3. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement. If you don't see the refund within 15 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate promptly.

4. What Happens to the Program After a Refund

You may keep the program materials and bonuses you have already downloaded. We do not ask you to delete files or send anything back. The guarantee is unconditional in that respect — the risk is entirely on us.

5. Refunds After 60 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 60 calendar days after the purchase date are not eligible under this policy. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances — please write to us and we'll do our best to help.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at help@nightcap.pro before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are almost always able to resolve any issue directly and much faster than the chargeback process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in your account being permanently closed and you being ineligible for future purchases.

The 60-day guarantee is offered in good faith to genuine customers. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of demonstrable fraud, including but not limited to:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We are not able to issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
