How to reach us.
A real human reads every message.
Nightcap is a small operation. Our support inbox is monitored by a real person — not a bot, not a chatbot, not a template auto-responder. If you send us a message, someone reads it and writes back to you personally.
Email support
The fastest way to reach us is by email:
We reply to every message within one business day. Most days it's much sooner. If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and search for messages from nightcap.pro.
What to include in your message
If you're writing about an existing order, please include:
- The email address you used at checkout (so we can find your order).
- Your order number, if you have it handy (it's in your confirmation email).
- A brief description of what you need help with.
If you're writing to ask a question before purchasing, just tell us what's on your mind. No order details needed.
Common reasons people write
- Refund requests. Send one email within 60 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Login trouble. Include the email you used at checkout and we'll get you back in.
- Missing confirmation email. Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, write us and we'll resend it.
- Questions about the program. Ask us anything. If we don't know the answer, we'll tell you honestly.
- Product feedback. Positive or negative — we read every note.
Response time
Business days: within a few hours, usually.
Weekends and holidays: within one business day of returning.
We're a small team. Please don't send duplicate messages if you haven't heard back within an hour — it puts your message at the back of the queue instead of the front.
What we don't do
- We don't offer phone support. Every conversation is by email so we have a written record of what was said.
- We don't provide medical advice. If you have a health question about how the Program might apply to your specific medical situation, please consult your doctor. See our Health Disclaimer.
- We don't cold-call, cold-email, or sell your contact information to any third party. Ever.
